HHO Gas, has become quite popular is as an addition to GASOLINE or DIESEL in our vehicles.
Because HHO Gas and HO Water is so close, it is possible to convert Water directly into Oxyhydrogen.
And while many companies are trying to market Hydrogen canisters for use in cars,
many other at home inventors and businessmen have discovered how to simply use Water.
This method is safer because it does not store combustible hydrogen, it converts it immediately upon being used.
Research
Huge improvement in KM are being experienced by people all over the world.
Unfortunately, using only Water as fuel is still being tinkered with.
Such an earth changing invention is going to take some time to perfect.

How the Hydrogen Generator is make
12 Plate Quality Inox 316L Stainless Steel form a CAR and
24 Plate Quality Inox 316L Stainless Steel form a TRUCK.
Connected to pull less 15 Amperes and more HHO.
Small and Compact, large HHO output for its size and Comes with full instructions.
This Hydrogen Generator produces more gas than some twice it is size.
About these Hydrogen Generator which produces and uses
2 Litre of HHO gas a minute, 100 KM on only 0,140 Litre of Water by 15 Amperes.
Higher KM per Tank - Lower Emission - Increase Performance.

Wet Setup
1: Header Tank Reservoir.
The Header Tank top barbed connector is the gas outlet.
2: Hydrogen Generator.
The Hydrogen Generator you can get to the terminals to connect + Volt and - Volt Power Supply.
3: Bubbler.
The Bubbler is in The Header Tank Reservoir.
4: Tubing.
Dip Ping the ends of the tube in hot Water will help get them over the barbed connectors.
Insert the intestine at the gas outlet connector Hydrogen Generator.
Drill a hole in the air filter of the CAR or TRUCK.
Connect the other end of the intestine to the air filter.

Electric Setup
There are two Prints designed.
A Print Hydrogen Generator PWM, Auto Start and Stop, EFIE A + B & HO and
a Print for EFIE A + B is a CAR or TRUCK have after 1980 there is 1 or 2 oxygen sensor(s).
For older CAR or TRUCK before 1980 have the second printing unnecessary.

 Print H-G-P-S-E-H Hydrogen Generator PWM
If the engine is put on and input voltage to 13,80 Volts for a CAR and
27,60 Volts for a TRUCK fire than by a Green LED.
The Hydrogen Generator PWM allows the PWM from 0% to 100% controlled with trimming pot RV1.
For a CAR and TRUCK 50% is the ideal PWM.
The Hydrogen Generator allows the PWM FREQUENCY of 100 Hz to 6000 Hz controlled with trimming pot RV2.
For a CAR and TRUCK is 130 Hz is the ideal PWM FREQUENCY.
Automatic Start and Stop
Let the Engine is started then the Hydrogen Generator start and
if the Engine is stoped put the Hydrogen Generator to stop.
Even if the engine stops, such as an accident, then stop the Hydrogen Generator immediately.
With the trimpot RV3, Level is controlled if the engine turned on.
With a CAR on 13,00 volts to 14,50 volts through a White LED.
CAR at 13,80 volts is the ideal voltage.
With a TRUCK on 26,00 Volts to 29,00 Volts through a White LED.
TRUCK at 27,60 volts is the ideal voltage.
HO is that Distilled Water in Expansion kept in mind
If not enough Distilled Water in Expansion is, the Blue LED illuminates when the engine is running.
When the Blue LED is ON, then you have enough for 100 kilometers to ride.
You should be aware that you as accelerated as possible Distilled Water in Expansion to add.
If you have the Blue LED on the dashboard switch, then immediately check that there is ENOUGH Distilled Water.
Only if you have the Blue LED on dash MUST turn the Blue LED on the Print REMOVAL.
EFIE - Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer
If you have a CAR or a TRUCK after 1980 there is 1 or 2 oxygen sensor(s).
Oxygen sensor "tells" the computer what the Oxygen content is a voltage signal on the wire between 0,01 Volt and 1,00 Volt.
If 0,740 - 0,860 Volt (0,800 Volt) means that the fuel/air mixture is correct.
Higher values means the mix is rich (has too much gas), and lower values means the mix is poor (has a little gas).
By adding voltage to the output of the sensor, we can compensate for the extra Oxygen in the exhaust.
With the trimpot RV4 for EFIE A, we can regulate the voltage 0,01 Volt and 1,00 Volt.
With the trimpot RV5 for EFIE B, we can regulate the voltage 0,01 Volt and 1,00 Volt.
Yellow LED to see that the EFIE A + B is running.

Chemical Setup
1: Distilled Water  Distilled Water

You can use ONLY Distilled Water,
in Water taps are too many contaminants that shorten the life of the Hydrogen Generator.
Such as: Calcium, Iron, Copper, Lead, Zinc and Other Chemicals ...
2: Electrolyte  Electrolyte

The kit was made for use with Potassium Hydroxide KOH, but you could use others.
At the moment Potassium Hydroxide is more efficient than any other Electrolyte.
The more Electrolytes you add, the more Hydrogen the Hydrogen Generator will produce.
To much will create to much heat shortening the life of the Hydrogen Generator.
Add approx 30 gram at first. It takes awhile for the Hydrogen Generator to settle in.
Run this for about 1 - 2 hours of use.
Drain the system and rinse the Hydrogen Generator with tap Water.
Refill with fresh Distilled Water adding 30 gram or more Electrolytes.
